Clicky-clack fridge door for 2040/4040

I upgraded my Trident corner extrusions from 2020 to 4040s and that rendered the original printed pieces unusable. New parts needed are the hinges and latch hinges, however to make the mounting more accurate and a bit smoother based on my experience I modified the bottom hinges by adding more mass so it can be tightened a bit more without it getting crooked - same thing with the latch tongue that originally rests on one side of the groove depending of the extrusion you use might sink in and go crooked and ruin the fitment.

Parts that are not with 20mm offset mod can also be used as original pieces that are just with more oomph.

It's made for the door to open to left. If you print hinges mirrored, you can get them to open to the right.

I printed my pieces out from black PETG-CF, 4 walls 15% gyroid infill, 4 bottom and top layers, no supports needed. Kept the original handle that you can see in white in the pictures.
