Attack on Titan is one of my favorite anime. I liked it more when it started, but the hiatus took the luster away. It took too long to make and the story took a weird turn. However, it is still one of my FAVES. I have several prints of Attack on Titan.
This one scene is what I most remember of the show: Eren the Founding Titan, ODM Gear, fires and destruction in the towns. Had a hard time and a few prints to get this one to my liking. Couldn't get the pink, the smoke, the clouds, and the fiery of the Founding Titan right. Finally got it by adding the Bambu Blue-Gray filament and inserting an extra layer of white to downplay the red and pink and highlighting the glow inside the mouth and teeth area.
Pictures shown are printed in an 0.4mm Nozzle
Print at 100% infill with a layer height of 0.08mm with a base layer of 0.16mm
Filaments Used:
PLA BambuLab Basic Black Transmission Distance: 0.4
PLA BambuLab Basic Red Transmission Distance: 4
PLA BambuLab Basic Jade White Transmission Distance: 5
PLA BambuLab Basic Blue Gray Transmission Distance: 3
This print uses 4 unique filaments
Swap Instructions:
Start with Black
At layer #10 (0.88mm) swap to Red
At layer #14 (1.2mm) swap to Jade White
At layer #15 (1.28mm) swap to Blue Gray
At layer #20 (1.68mm) swap to Jade White for the rest.
Can be resized to accommodate your printer or preference by adjusting the X and Y axis the same percentage while leaving the Z axis at 100%. The best way to achieve this: With Uniform Scale checked, adjust the Y axis to the desired size (this will ensure the X axis is the same proportion as the Y axis), uncheck the Uniform scale, adjust the Z axis back to 100%, slice plate, and print. Stringing may occur with Hueforge, just use a lighter to whisk them away.
