Raspberry Pi Rack Upgrade dual 40mm fan mount, and 3 tier sized blank panel

I wanted a dual 40 mm fan solution to cover the three tier front to cool my rack electronics. Thus I built the model as you see attached. Additionally as a bonus I have would have created and added a  full blank front of sorts , that acts as a full cover (no fan) for the front or back , as needed.  

I have included 2 model variations:
