Venta LW44/LW45 airwasher/luftwäscher coupling

This is a replacement coupling between the fan and the internal mechanism of a Venta airwasher / humidifier / luftwäscher. This mechanism turns the ‘wheels’ that evaporate the water.
The type nr of the airwasher is LW44, but maybe it will fit later generations as well. 
Update: Penplot.studio confirmed it works in LW45 too.

Printing

I printed in Polymaker PolyFlex TPU95. Use supports for the overhanging parts and the ‘avoid crossing perimeters’ setting in the slicer. Nozzle was 0.6mm and layer height 0.25mm, 2 perimeters, 30% infill.

Assembly

Cut the supports away and push the two parts together. Use a soldering iron to weld the tabs in place.
