Waveshare CM4 Case with GPIO

Intended to fit the WaveShare CM4 IO board with Raspberry Pi 4 Compute Module, a redesign to allow for access to the GPIO connector.  The case has a 40mm fan design to blow air across the top then around the side and to the bottom to cool the NVMe installed on the bottom or the board.

Print the door and upper case together as it is intended to be print in-place. I would suggest using PETG at minimum.
