heine mini 3000 FO - led adapter

LED adapter for the Heine mini 3000 FO otoscope (replaces XHL #105 lamp)
it fits the 5mm super bright 2.5V LED.
less energy consumption, almost as bright as the halogen lamp.
it'll probably last way longer
you may use cold white or warm white LED

v2 it's a little easier to remove

print without support, 4walls, no infill

easy to assemble. hope it helps someone :)
