After the success of the F1 Gen.1, with thousands of downloads and prints, we redesigned everything with a focus on ergonomics, usability, and safety.

F1 Gen.2 represents a true revolution. The structure is now more robust, the blade change is safer and more intuitive, and the newly designed locking mechanism ensures that opening the knife requires deliberate intent, preventing accidental openings, like when it’s in your pocket.

We worked with precise tolerances in every detail to ensure a flawless result. This is a product built on precision, quality, and innovation.

Attention to Detail with No Compromises:
We paid particular attention to the feel of using the knife. The grip has been optimized to ensure excellent comfort and control, even during prolonged use. Additionally, we included detailed images to help you correctly position the seams in the slicer. These seams have been strategically designed to enhance both aesthetics and ergonomics, ensuring comfort and an optimal grip.

Collaboration with Extrudr

We’re proud to announce that F1 Gen.2 was made possible thanks to a special collaboration with Extrudr, a leader in high-quality filament production. For this project, we specifically used their Green-TEC Pro line—a biodegradable material made from 100% renewable raw resources, with heat resistance up to 160°C.

This filament delivers high performance and is easy to print, using settings similar to PLA.

Using Green-TEC Pro allowed us to achieve new standards of precision, strength, and reliability, enhancing both the performance and durability of the product while reflecting our commitment to sustainable and innovative solutions. 💡

How To Assemble: F1 Gen.2 Utility Knife

SEAM PLACEMENT:

PRINTING RECOMMANDATIONS:

• Print with a 0.2mm Nozzle;

• Print with a layer height not taller than 0.2mm;

• In PrusaSlicer (and most other slicers) → Print Setting → Layers and perimeters → Avoid crossing perimeters: ON (to reduce stringing);

• In PrusaSlicer (and most other slicers) → Print Setting → Layers and perimeters → External perimeters first: ON (For better surface finish and tolerance);

• Print with 100% Infill;

• Print with at least 3 Perimeters/Walls.
