Description
I don't usually need to use the kase filter holder at the same time as the lens hood on my lenses.
But - I use the Samyang (or Rokinon - seems to be the same lens) 135mm f2 lens for astrophotography - and in certain situations I am dealing both with stray light which needs the lens hood AND with light pollution - where I sometimes want to use a Kase 100x100 filter (neutral night filter or bahtinov mask filter).
This print provides a (tight) push fit filter holder that just presses on to the front edge of the lens hood.
The filter holder sides are simply glued in place - rather than being a single model - this makes for a faster print that doesn't need supports.
Place the lens hood mount face down on the build plate.
Place the filter holder edges on their back (you need 2) - with the three strips facing up.
When gluing - the slight curves on the filter holder edges should be on the camera side of the lens hood mount and should align with it (basically just centered on two opposite edges.
