Spiral Led Christmas Tree

This is a Christmas tree LED lamp with a spiral inside. I have used a 1 meter LED strip (which will fit up to 1150mm), but I can adapt the model for other lengths if there are more requests. I printed the shade with transparent PLA in vase mode, so it's quick and looks good. The inside is quite spacious and can fit most LED drivers and power supplies (for that length of an LED strip anyway).

TIPS:

• The spiral is somewhat fragile and prints for a bit longer, so please remove the supports with extreme caution if you don't want to use CA glue :)
• Since I have printed the shade in vase mode with 1 bottom layer (just for support), you will have to break off the thin first layer if you print it the same way. It is only one layer, so it is really easy.
• The base is optional since you can just cut a small hole for the cable in the shade, but I have included it if someone wants to keep it cleaner. It's also not needed if you use a battery-operated strip.
• Depending on the print material, the star might be a bit looser, so you can try to print it a tiny bit bigger. I have used a cheap copper-like silk PLA for it.
