Adapter Frame for Philips Hue Tap Dial and ABB Jussi / Busch-Jaeger Reflex SI switches

Remove the existing Jussi/Reflex SI cover frame and replace it with the new adapter cover frame. For 2-gang to 5-gang switches, there is an additional cover plate if you want to block access to those light switches.

To my understanding, ABB Jussi switches are identical to Busch-Jäger Reflex SI switches, so these should work with them as well. Please let me know if that's not the case.

I printed the parts in PETG. Here are my print settings for the adapter cover frames:

• Layer height: 0.2 mm
• Walls: 2
• Floor/roof: 3 layers
• Infill: Gyroid 10%
• Supports: Yes (see the picture). Set the overhang angle to 30 degrees. This ensures that supports are generated only on specified face.

Print settings for the cover plate:

• Same as above, but without supports.

CHANGE LOG

• Cover plate (Rev. - to Rev. A): Tolerances were too tight, which made mounting difficult. This has now been fixed.
