Description
Typical PLA printing works fine for indoor use at 15 or 20% infill (I prefer Gyroid) and 2 or 3 perimeters, which will use about 60 to 70g of filament. This model prints mostly on the x/y axis.
Max x/y axis size: 83x120mm.
Max z axis size: 19mm.
Layers height does not matter, I used 0.32mm printed on a Prusa XL.
Designed for three imperial #6 or #8 screws (preferred), but if you print w/more than 2 perimeters, you should be able to drill-out the holes for a #10 screw. Suggested minimum screw length is 1.25" when mounted directly into wood, longer if through drywall into a stud.
The objects shown in the pictures were printed using MicroCenter/Inland PLA PRO “Green Lutzbot”, which is a reasonable match to the Ryobi green.
