Cable Clip for Tesa PowerStrips Small

This is a cable clip inspired by 
https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/109563-cable-clip-2022
but for TesaPowerStrips Small.

I also changed the widths of the entire clip throughout to 2mm to optimize the print process and have consecutive perimeters printed next to each other.
