Neptune 4 camera mount

Yet another cam mount for neptune 4 series, that hangs over the printbed near the extruder. The pivot has 40 teeth to keep it from drooping over time. It can also work for any 2020 extrusion, and thus a lot of other printers, you just need A m4 T-nut and a shorter M4 screw.
