There are plenty of other good models out there for this exact purpose, but this one addressed some things I had in mind.
Key features:
The body prints with two clean walls at .4 layer width. This seems to be plenty strong for this purpose, and using “nearest” seams distributes any potential weak spots for a stronger print.
Use variable layer height for the body for a faster print. The orange one in the picture took around 29 minutes to print with PLA Tough.
This model does not come with a lid. That's a feature, not a bug. It absorbs moisture from the front and the top, and a lid just complicates things.
I didn't put any perforations in the back, although it wouldn't hurt. I think the front and top are enough. There is no “air flow” inside of the AMS, and it doesn't take much effort for moisture to reach the desiccant on the inside of this container.
The insert for the front prints flat for greater speed and strength. As a bonus, it makes it easier to customize the colors. Print with 2 walls, no top or bottom layers, and 50% grid infill.
I didn't make any narrow ones for the far left and right sides. I don't think it's necessary. Just swap out and dry the three big pods one-at-a-time so you always have at least one dry one in there. No sense waiting until all of the pods are ineffective.
You don't need to fill it all the way to the top. Leave a little room so you don't spill when tipping it into place. At some point, enough desiccant is enough, and it's easy to swap these out with fresh material from time to time.
