Key Features:
Swatch Cards:
- Each card is fully customizable in PrusaSlicer to display the brand, material, and color name of your filament.
- Includes a transparency test (0.20-1.20mm thickness), a wall thickness test (1, 2, and 3mm), and a hole size test (2, 3, 4, 5, and 6mm).
- Designed with a honeycomb structure for a sleek, lightweight look.
- Compact and Familiar: Roughly the size of a credit card (though thicker), making them easy to handle, store, and organize.
- Successfully printed in a variety of materials: PLA, PETG, PVB, Woodfill, PC Blend, PC Blend Carbon Fiber, and Flex/TPU.
Indicator Clips:
- Click-on clips (printed separately) can be swapped out easily and printed in any color.
- Use colors or symbols to create your own system (e.g., green = in stock, red = out of stock).
Modular Boxes:
- Available in sizes for 10, 20, 30, 40, or 50 cards.
- Features customizable labels for easy material identification (e.g., PLA, PETG).
- Sleek honeycomb design matches the cards for a cohesive look.
Organizing Tray:
- A tray to neatly display, store and separate multiple swatch card boxes.
- Includes labeled compartments for different sizes and materials (e.g., 30-PLA, 20-PETG).
- Designed with a clean and modern look, featuring a sleek honeycomb structure along the sides and customizable text.

Printing Instructions:
- Layer Height: 0.20mm
- Infill: 15%
- Nozzle: HF 0.4mm (I used the speed profile for the boxes and tray)
- Supports: Not required
- Brim: Built into the box corners for added stability, tray requires brims
- Orientation: Print the indicators with the corner facing upwards (standing position)
- Materials:
- Boxes, Tray and Indicator Clips: Printed in PLA.
- Swatch Cards: Tested and printed successfully in PLA, PETG, PVB, Woodfill, PC Blend, PC Blend Carbon Fiber, and Flex/TPU.
