Description
I received a broken box with Kimwipes, so this is a design for a replacement box, but can of course also be used if you simply prefer the clean look or the slightly heavier feel.
It's designed with a bottom part and a lid with a cutout, for easy single hand removal of the wipes, similar to how the original box works.
I decided to reuse the lint guard, from the original box, and simply taped it to the inside of the lid. The cutout in the lid is a tiny bit smaller than the one in the cardboard box, so if the box isn't too broken, most of the top can be cut out and taped to the lid, instead of the more fiddly process of only using the plastic part.
This design uses the same details as the PCB Trays (https://www.printables.com/model/1023629-pcb-trays-for-assembly-or-programming), the Cleaning Station (https://www.printables.com/model/1111018-cleaning-station) and the small napkin tray (https://www.printables.com/model/1111021-small-napkin-tray) for the MECHANIC HK4090 wipes. If the PCB Trays are made in the same dimensions (using OpenSCAD), this box can stack on top.
