Description
Although the original designs are great, after / during the build of my annealer, i found that some of the parts did not quite fit together right or the tolerance were too tight. I also designed some new parts that help out with the build.
What you find in this parts pack:
For the case feeder:
-inner and outer feeder wheel that has a larger gap to the housing so that it does not rub
-new base, with larger holes for the pilots plus slots instead of mounting holes for adjustability
For the height adjuster:
-8mm spacer in case you are using a thicker material for your housing like me (i used 18mm plywood)
-new smaller slider (this is already extended from the original, so no spacer is needed if you print this part). This works with the original parts, but allows for more height adjustment range within the same footprint
-wider base for mounting the sliding mechanism. this just allows easier assembly, but also helps if you make your slots a bit too wide/long like i did, as the mounting hole does not interfere with the slots
-arrow that points to a scale that you can laser / draw onto your front plate of the the housing. It uses the original mounting holes that are on the original model, just add some small self tap screws or glue it
Other parts:
-cable clips for cable management
-extension for the water tank screw lid (i open it when i run the machine to avoid any buildup of pressure in the system. This allows you to open it without disassembling the machine
-display bracket to hold in the display (use a bit of foam between the bracket and clip to put light pressure on the display
-mgnz board shielding, print this, cover with aluminium tape and connect to any ground on the mgnz board. this resolves the issue with the control board restarting
-various coil guides for 3-4mm pipe coils
-ZVS board mount
-handle for the whole machine for easy transportation
-magnet holders if you want to make the side of the enclosure removable for easy access
hope this helps some people. :-) Good luck in your builds!
