RC 1.9" 105mm FLEX tire inserts (Specially designed for 3DSets Max van )

My first #printedtrophy attmept showed me, that the original foam in 1:10 tires is way too soft for a van full of spare parts and batteries. So i started experimenting.
This is my 9th iteration of FLEX inserts, tested in Fiberlogy FiberFlex 4D, fits Injora AX8020 1.9" 105x35mm tires and 3DSets van's wheels I (no glue needed, the recessed rim works as beadlock). The f3d should allow you to adjust it for other tires as well.

Prints well with supports on textured plate!

Update: Added much softer inserts v 13 with sparer ribs and curvy outer section!
Tested from Filament PM TPE 88 and Fiberlogy Fiberflex 40D (comparable, FF40D is a little more “rubbery”)
