Window latch clip

As winter comes around with your fancy all season windows (I think that's what they're called) may experience an ice build-up around the seal on the inside of the window from a large temperature difference. As this causes many problems one of being that the window wont latch, you kinda just end up forcing it and snapping the poorly designed clip. This clip holds the latch bar to the window so it can latch the window properly, pulling the window to the frame, making a seal. This clip slides on, and replaces  the other old broken clip (which only last about a couple years or so (when the window lasts like 20 years)) which has 3 or 2 screws securing it place.
