Creality K2 Plus waste poop chute, exhaust outlet vent and waste bin

This set provides a great way to remove waste poop and chamber emissions from your shiny new Creality K2 printer. 
 

The set includes the following models:

1. The main single part “Y” piece which connects to the twin exhaust outlets using a small 4x15mm self tapping screw into the centre hole of each vent. This part can be mounted either way up for top or bottom facing routing. Though not essential, I have also provided a sealing ring (two off required) that can be printed in TPU and fitted onto each of the vents.
2. A waste poop chute that can be connected to the K2 Plus waste outlet using the original screws. This directs the waste to a small bin which attaches to the printer via a hook mounted to the existing screws and on the rear of the K2. This bin can be easily removed for emptying.

All parts have been designed to be printable without supports apart from a small amount of tree support on the edge of the poop chute.

The main exhaust part can be printed without supports by placing the single outlet hole onto the bed surface. Please take a look at the image of the sliced parts on the bed although you will probable benefit from printing each piece separately in order to minimise the losses from any print failure.
 

I used the standard Hyper PLA profile with 3 outer walls and 15% gyroid infill recommended. I also increased the print temp to 225C and bed temp to 55C for adhesion.

I have included pictures of the bed layout for orientation & support suggestions although I actually printed each part separately. The total print time is around 8 hours using Hyper PLA.
