Slide Lid Pill Organizer, 2.5mm Lid - 7 days - AM, Noon, PM

A three bay, seven day, slide lid pill organizer with days and times embossed on the lids. The overall box footprint is 202mm x 132mm.  Individual storage cells are approximately  25mm x 40mm x 17mm.   Slide lids are 2.5mm thick (not including embossed text).  

Lid text can be printed a contrasting color by using your slicer to add a pause for filament change.  The height of the embossed text helps provide a grip surface for moving the lid.

Individual pill locations have the bottom edges radiused to make manual pill removal easier.  (The easiest removal method is just tipping & dumping). 

Tightness of slide lids is printer dependant and affected by settings like extrusion modifiers, elephant foot settings, etc. Some post print adjustment is probably necessary. Too tight a fit can be addressed by working the lids into the slot progressively deeper from both sides until movement is easier.  You can also use a deburring tool,  light sanding or filing of edges on the lids.   Too loose a fit can be addressed by adding a bow to the lid by careful heating and bending. 

It may be prudent to first print the box and one slide lid.  Test the fit and determine if any size or flow adjustments may be desirable prior to printing the full set of lids (1-7) with any desired color changes.

Fusion 360 source and .STEP files are included in addition to the individual .STL files.
