PET pultrusion machine (+step file)

PET pultrusion machine.

You need a wooden plank, some screws, something that can get to 240 celcius with a 1.5mm/1.7 mm hole (for example a old hotend or maybe a strong glue gun with a 1.5 mm hole), a blade from a pencil sharpener, glue (I used a hot glue gun), a stepper motor, a arduino and cnc shield or a old 3d printer motherboard and a power suply (believe me, I tried to print as much things as possible;).

 I included a STEP file so you can change things if you want. 

Assembly

The assembly is pretty simple. First you use the screws to screw the base part to the wooden plank. Then screw in the stepper motor en slide the small gear on the stepper motor. 

Then slide the c clips en the gears on the rods and gleu the c clips in place.

Then screw the bottom part of the spool holder to the board and slide the other piece in. Dont glue these parts together. 

Finaly assamble the bottle strip spool and whatever you decided to use for the hotend.
