Suitcase Wheel Cover with Parametric FreeCAD Source

One of wheels of my suitcase was worn out.
I put this PLA-3D-printed wheel cover on the worn-out wheel with four cable ties.
I also put a "Silicone Luggage Wheel Cover" over the wheel.
