Squid Game - Front Man mask - Simplified for Prusa MINI

Based on the extraordinarily accurate model created by Thingiverse user kimgooni.

I did some small invisible simplifications on the model to save a couple of hours of printing support structures. It results in 16 hours of printing with most of the default settings. I made

• the chin flat on the print bed;
• the inside of the mask as 2 simple polygones that print as overhang; and
• the top eyelids horizontal so they print as bridges.

For the eye grilles, I used a simple Box with a Grid fill pattern and 1 mm extrusion width. It takes 4 minutes to print the two. I welded them to the mask with a solder iron and cut the extra.
