Easy-to-Use Container

This is my attempt at creating the perfect screwable container.

My goal was to make it…

• easy to open/close
• impossible to screw too tight
• reliable
• customisable
• print without supports
• use as little material as possible
• partially waterproof

Print at 0.15mm layer height.

If the thread is too loose, try the tighter lid (tighter_lid.m3f). You can also adjust the thread_tolerance parameter in Fusion360 (Modify → Change Parameters). Only the lid needs to be re-printed after changing thread_tolerance.

The outer dimensions are 20mm x 36.75mm. Size can be changed using height and thread_diameter (not tested yet).
