Hourglass

Hi,

this is a quick and easy to print hourglass case for these cheap chinese hourglass sets on amazon. I designed it for my tooth brushing timer to give it a more traditional/wooden look. Came out good. Easy and fast to print. You don't even need glue. Just put it together.

model size: 92 mm height x 35 mm diameter
hourglass: 87 mm x 18 mm (without the brim)

my print settings:

- filament = FormFutura EasyFil ePLA “beige brown”
- 0,3 mm layer height @ 0,4 nozzle
- 2 perimeters
- 10% gyroid infill
- solid layer: 3 top & bot
- supports: no
- print orientation as in the picture (printed one object after each other)

Print time around 25 min with 11 grams material used. Printed on Prusa MK4.

The plastic “brim” on the hourglass has to be removed to fit into the Top/Bot Caps.
