I printed it from PETG, 0.16 layer height, 3 perimeters, concentric infill.
The tall column (the spring post) needs time to cool between layers, so, to achieve optimal results, consider printing 2 or more pieces simultaneously.
Print slowly.
Supports are necessary, but they separate nicely.
