Number Magnets

This Number Magnets set includes number tiles from 0 to 9 and several math symbols (. + - = x /) and features neodymium magnets that are safely sealed inside during printing.

Arrange and rearrange them on the refrigerator or any steel (magnetic) surface for fun and education.

Each Number Magnets tile is 48mm (1.9") tall by 36mm (1.4") wide by 4.4mm (~0.17") deep and requires two 6mm diameter by 3mm deep neodymium magnets (not required if you don't want magnetic tiles).

I recommend using a magnetic polarity tool such as the “The Magic Magnet Tool” by @tjdesign to help ensure that the polarity of all embedded magnets is the same as well as to make it much easier to insert the magnets during printing.

The following photo shows insertion of two magnets in each tile during the pause from the 3MF file after completion of printing layer 17 (3.4mm z height)...

The provided STL files can be printed in PLA (or PETG) and do not require supports.  Separate STL files are provided for every number and every symbol (in the "singles" folder).

PrusaSlicer 3MF files are provided for generic Silk PLA for ALL tiles (numbers and symbols), for all numbers, for all symbols, and for every number and every symbol individually (in the "singles" folder).

G-code files have been provided for the Original Prusa MK4 with Input Shaper at 0.2mm layer height for ALL tiles (numbers and symbols), for all numbers, for all symbols, and for every number and every symbol individually (in the "singles" folder).

The Number Magnets seen in the photos were printed on an Original Prusa MK4 with Mika3D Multi Color Rainbow Silk PLA and FilaCube White PLA with a 0.4mm nozzle at 0.2mm layer height with a 15% grid infill.
