Haix Airpower XR1 nameplate customizable - tighter fit

No MMU or ABS is required for printing, only a manual color change is necessary. So this is possible with any Prusa printer. 

Slicing

Support structures are required for the model. The picture below shows the orientation in which I printed the model. Exactly at the layer where the letters start, you must add the color change.

Below you will find instructions on how to customize the label.  If you have any questions or can't adapt it yourself just contact me, also if you need more files in other formats just write.           

There are multiple possible ways:

1. With the PrusaSlicer
2. With Fusion 360
3. I added a hair-xr1_nameplate_plain.3mf file, if you want to do it differently

PrusaSlicer

1. Use the haix-xr1_nameplate.3mf file and open it with the PrusaSlicer
2. On the right side is an overview, click on the settings icon at the Text
3. A settings menu opens on the left-hand side. Change the letters there and the size etc.
4. The model is adjusted automatically.
5. The color change should be already included, but check this. Then you can slice the model and print it.

Fusion 360

1. Use the haix-xr1_nameplate_fusion.f3d file and import it in Fusion 360
2. Click in the history on the second sketch icon and then on “Edit Sketch”

    3.  Then you can double-click on the letters, then a setting menu opens where you can adapt the text and the size settings to your own. 

    4. When you click “Finish Sketch” on the top right, then the model change automatically

    5. Then you can export the model and go to your slicer.
