Universal and protected Makita battery pack connector

I made this battery connector to overcome the risks and breaking the battery pack out to a standard XT30 connector. 

BOM

• Makita battery connector (yellow plastic part) e.g. https://a.aliexpress.com/_EuZi47q
• 5S BMS (searching for this on your preferred Chinese shipping site will bring you to the Red module in the picture), nominal capable of 25A, e.g. https://a.aliexpress.com/_EH7k52o
• 10A automotive fuse
• XT30 connector (used this part as housing: https://www.printables.com/model/573357-xt30-plug-housings)
• 4pcs M3x8 countersunk screws

Build:

• Print parts, housing including supports 
• Thread M3 thread to housing
• Shorten connectors of yellow battery connector to be flush 
• For BMS: since single battery connectors of pack are not broken out, I soldered in each a 3.3k resistor instead of the single cells to the board; only connecting main positive and negative input and output. This will disable balancing feature of the BMS, but under voltage protection will work
• Put everything on place using some hot glue 

To come next: dual 65W USB-C PD box to be connected to the XT30!
