Description
This is an adapter that screws into the trinocular port of a Swift SW380T microscope, with a component that can attach to a micro 4/3's camera (e.g. modern Olympus cameras). It may work with other Swift or other brands of microscopes that use a 25x.75 trinocular port.
It is designed to be able to be parfocal with the eyepieces, with an adjustable height so you can dial in the focus to match the eyepieces.
It has an upper nut that sets the height of the camera, and a second locking nut below that, that you can tighten against the upper nut to lock it into place, to avoid accidentally changing the height.
There is also a slide-in plug for the back side of the MFT adapter, which just acts as a dust cover while it is attached to the microscope without a camera attached.
Supports are required for the adapter and base parts to support the horizontal overhangs. Be sure to check the print orientation of the other parts, as they may not be in the ideal orientation for printing.
