Description

On this model of a Navien Hot Water Heater,  there is next to nowhere to bundle any power cords.  I refused to let them just hang and look sloppy on the wall (considering the investment).  Wanted to make this look a little more professional.

On the left side of the unit there is an M4 female thread that can be utilized to hang a device like this.  It doesn't seem to have another purpose.

In this setup, an extension 120V AC power cord was needed to plug in the water heater and the water treatment device so only ⅔ plugs were used here.  It is highly likely this setup is a one-off, but you might find it useful for a starting point.

Nonetheless I provided a STEP and Native Solidworks 2022 file to modify as you require, make larger, extend, etc.  An M4x12 bolt is all that is needed to attach to the outer panel.  I recommend a washer to be used.

Slots in the model are for Nylon ties.

I printed this on an MK4S, standing on end.  Add (2) smart fill supports as shown in the pictures, and 0.28mm layer with PLA + worked just fine.
