Octopi Adapter Plate MK2S and MK3

While looking for an Octopi case for my raspberry pi 2 on my new Prusa i3 MK2S printer, I quickly realized there were lots of great choices but all were created before MK2S was released.

I was already set on hofftari's excellent case https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1325370 and had printed it before I realized MK2S changed the cable setup!

So searching around I found jackrenter's adapter plate https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2265551, however I wanted to flip the Pi to the outside edge of the Prusa to give a more natural path for the raspi's camera cable and more properly orient the USB cables.

Thus this adapter plate was born to flip over the case and align with the right side of the Prusa frame. This works on MK2, MK2S and MK3 so long as you aren't using these holes for the MMU.
