Description
After getting frustrated by belts slipping out of the front toolhead belt clips and then the headset insert torquing out trying to get better grip on the belt I decided to try something different. In the style of VZBot belt clips but designed to fit the specific geometry of RatRig Vcore4 toolheads, this belt clip is low profile and securely holds the belt in the same path as the stock clips.
Requires a metal piece to wrap the belt around preventing the fold from passing through the clip. I used an 18GA brad nail but a staple will work as well. There is a recess for the nail to sit in reducing the clip profile and the toolhead side of the clip is chamfered to fit in the groove designed for the stock clip.
Printed 0.2mm layers, 4 walls in Polymaker Fiberon PET-CF (my new favorite filament)
