Palm Router Centering Cone Tool

A standard centering cone but with one feature I didn't see in others: recesses cut for keeping seams away from faces that need to be smooth. Seams would otherwise interfere with the centering or the tolerance on the pin hole.

I modeled this for my Dewalt DCW600B palm router but works with openings from 32 mm to 44 mm. It is designed for routers with a ¼" collet. 

Layer height should not matter, but I used the default 0.2mm structural setting.

1. Insert a ¼" pin or drill bit into the collet and tighten.
2. Rest baseplate on the router and loosely insert the screws
3. Slide the centering cone into position
4. Tighten the screws that attach baseplate to the router while applying light downward pressure on the centering cone.
