This tool can be used to quickly restore the correct tension.
Screw in the screw so that the top is exactly flush with the surface.

It is possible that my setting differs from your setting due to tolerances.

You can simply set only the Z height in the slicer with your optimum setting.

Simply print with 100% first. 

If it presses too hard, reduce the value of Z slightly.

If it presses too weakly, increase the value accordingly. 

But only small adjustments should be necessary.
