Description
This anti-slip pole-end resolves the problem of slipping tension curtain poles (like this one on Amazon) on gypsum-board walls.
To work properly, an M5-15mm screw extends up to 5mm into the wall to form and fill a divot in the wall.
This means that it will put a shallow hole in your wall! That is what will keep the pole up instead of plain friction.
It also means that this device works with "soft" walls like gypsum board -- not hard tile!
After use, you will need to fill or patch the hole with plaster or other filling substance.
SCAD file included. Customizable for different pole-end diameters.
