Mason Jar Lids – Regular and Wide Mouth Sizes

Please note that the jar measurements provided are approximate and may not adhere to standard sizing conventions. Some dimensions have been rounded to the nearest fractional inch based on my assessments.

Available Lid Models:

1. Lid for Non-Standard Jar – Size 1

• Outer Diameter: 5.5 inches (139.7 mm)

• Thread Type: Continuous Thread (CT)

2. Lid for Non-Standard Jar – Size 2

• Outer Diameter: 4.125 inches (104.775 mm)

• Thread Type: Double-Start Thread

3. Lid for Ball® Regular Mouth Jar

• Compatibility: Designed for Ball® Regular Mouth jars with a 2.75-inch (70 mm) opening

• Thread Type: Continuous Thread (CT)

This lid may fit other Quilted Crystal Jelly Jar sizes, but I have only tested it with the 4 oz model.

Printing Recommendations:

• Material: PETG or ASA for durability and moisture resistance; use food-safe filament if needed for food-related storage.

• Layer height: 0.2 mm

• Infill: 15–30%

Notes:

1. This lid is intended for non-standard jars and may not fit traditional Mason jars.

2. Photos are included to help you identify the jar and confirm compatibility.

Note: If I notice minor modifications are needed for better functionality, I sometimes update the model without changing the revision number to keep the project simple and easy to follow, rather than adding unnecessary revisions and explanations.
