Description
A couple of ring mounts for holding a Laowa Aurogon lens and mounting it to a screw-style swiss arca holder.
The vertical mount is a slip fit around the aurogon, that holds it at the first widening, so that you can change the upper tube while maintaining the same height from the subject. It is a slip-fit on the aurogon, so you can slide it in and out for ease of changing the upper tube for the different magnifications. It also has a little shelf on the mount that helps to support the mount on the holder and prevent it from sliding down, just as a bit of backup.
Note that when inserting or removing the lens in the vertical mount, there are grooves in the ring that must line up correctly with the grooves in the aperture adjustment ring on the aurogon.
The horizontal mount is a firm clamp mount, with the clamping force provided by the swiss arca holder.
