Cup Holder or Parts Holder for Benches with Dog Holes

This is a can or cup or parts holder that is inserted into the dog hole on your work bench.

You can put a drink or can or parts into the cup to keep them from sliding off the bench or keep the condensation off the work surface.

There are three sizes of holders and two common dog hole sizes (20mm and ¾").  The regular size (67mm) fits standard size soda cans.  The larger size (77mm) fits cans in a cooler or larger bottles or more parts.  The smallest size (60mm) fits thin cans like Red Bull.

Print the dogs threads up and use several outsize walls (3 or 4) for thread strength.  Print the cups also upright as shown.  No support is needed.

Pick the size of dog you need and the size of can holder you need.  Screw the dog into the holder and you are done.  No glue needed.

I like to print these in PETG and use 40% infill for strength.  They will certainly work in PLA or other materials.
