Description
These dual-sided flashcard tiles feature hiragana on one side and katakana on the other. Designed to complement my existing hiragana/romanji and katakana/romanji sets, these tiles allow you to practice Japanese script recognition and memorization. This set is also designed for manual filament changes. The full set file is setup for a mk4s with mmu3 but loading just the model and following the below instructions will allow printing on a single material machine.
for printers without a mmu or equivalent
0.2 layer height
set number of extruders to 2
add the g code m600 to the custom g code section for tool changes
add a wipe tower in the free corner for best results
if using wipe tower enable “No sparse layers” to avoid filament waste
optional , enable ironing from a test on a single tile this made for a nicer top layer and didn't smudge the characters too much, but this doubles the print time (the larger ‘a’ photo shows the effect)
