Description
Because those metal needles break quite easily, I needed a quick solution to inflate one of our kid's toy basketballs. There are two version:
Printed in 0,2mm PETG quality preset with brim and four perimeters. I added a hollow cylinder alongside to increase layer print time and cooling. Otherwise the tip won't print evenly. Thanks to PETG you won't need an extra gasket.
The tip is only 2,2 mm, so this print is also a bit fragile and like with metal needles you need to be careful not to break it inside the ball's valve (in this case search for “basketball valve replacement” on Youtube). Therefore I recommend to print it in PETG to achieve some flex.
