Description
The speaker enclosure has a volume of 4.5 liters and is tuned to 60 Hz. It features a triangular port design, eliminating the need for support structures during printing.
Crossover:
I designed my own crossover based on online measurements, but the tweeter turned out to be more efficient than expected. To fix this, I used a DSP to lower the highs. I adjusted the resistors in the picture to bring them to the right level. If you can’t find the exact resistor values, similar ones will work just fine."
The 1.2 µF capacitor functions more like a bypass capacitor, so it's best to use a high-quality film capacitor. For my build, I used only film capacitors and air coils, and for the bypass capacitor, I chose a ClarityCap ESA. All components, including the drivers, were sourced from SoundImports.eu

However, if you use a tweeter with a similar impedance curve, you could likely try it as well.
Tutorial:
Use damping wool inside the enclosure and, optionally, apply some Alu-Butyl on the inner walls for additional wall vibration/resonance reduction.
The baffle includes slots for six M3 and M4 nuts. To assemble, install the drivers into the baffle, place a nut into each slot, insert a screw, and lightly tighten it. Repeat this process for all slots, and finally, securely tighten all screws.
Apply silicone or any non-quick-drying adhesive into the groove to ensure a strong bond between the enclosure and the baffle.
Crossover Components:
Resistors: R3 1.5 Ohm, R2 8.2 Ohm, R1 7.5 Ohm.
Air-coils: L2 0.18mH, L1 0.95mH.
Film-capacitors: C4 1.2uF, C3 12uF, C2 8.2uF, C1 12uF.
