Companion x Infinity Cube

Introducing the Companion x Infinity Cube

This design was inspired by a user request, and while I already have another version in mind, that one will require more design work and refinement. In the meantime, this version offers a slightly larger take on the traditional Infinity Cube and features 0.4mm of play-room. Be sure to test your printer's capability with my tolerance test before starting!

Key Features:

• Larger Size: If you’re looking for the tight and compact feel of a traditional Infinity Cube, this version may not be for you. However, it has a satisfying feel in the hand and can be scaled down to accommodate smaller hands. Just remember to adjust for tolerances when scaling.
• Print Optimization:
  For the cleanest look, print the included .3mf file. This version features a uniform bottom with a flat, less textured surface to enhance printability. The file already has supports set up for the bottom four hinges, ensuring a clean and functional result.
  If you have a high-performance printer, you can opt for the uniform version where all sides are the same. However, you'll need to configure custom supports tailored to your printer’s capabilities.

Recommendations:

• Tolerance: With its 0.4mm play-room, it's crucial to test your printer's settings before starting.
• Scaling: Adjusting the size is possible, but always factor in tolerances to maintain functionality.
