Cable Clip for 2020 Profile with 6 mm Slot

I was searching for a better solution to tidy up my CNC 30118 cable management. Zip ties are not reusable and can't be mounted everywhere. So, after a lot of testing, I came up with this cable clip.

There are two versions, one for 1,85 mm thick aluminium extrusions and one for 2 mm thick extrusion profiles.

My CNC machine has the thicker ones on the side and the thinner ones for all long beams.

Printing recommendations

• Material: PETG
• Nozzle: 0.4 mm
• Layer height: 0.2 mm
• Infill: 25% 3D honeycomb
• Solid top and bottom layers: 4
• First and last layer infill: Concentric
• Use mouse ears / brim ears to add adhesion
