Description
The original cover for the seatbelt butler is very fragile. My model is made from scratch. It is designed to be sturdier and to hook onto the body sheet metal and the vinyl surface of the inner lining.
I am also including a split model for printing in small printers. Be aware that both components are 3mm longer! I did it because I printed it from ABS and he attachment surface was deformed avoiding proper glueing. You need to grind mating surfaces to be perfectly flat and perpendicular! If your printer makes a perfect flat mating surface just split 6 mm from one of the components. To help with proper positioning during glueing, I included two pockets on the back side and a wedge model. The model must then be sanded on the outer face and painted to match your interior colour.
