Hiking Pole Tip (SVG Modular)

This is a tip (or cap) used for the hiking poles. Poles are used without tips when used in hiking. In special circumstances, specific pole tips can be used: snow, road or mud. It is advised to be printed on bright color, so it is not easily lost.

This tip is made for slippery surfaces, like rocks or road. It should not be used on grasses or dry mud.

Instructions:

Print this model using flexible materials.

A washer of 11.5mm needs to be pushed into the tip, for longer durability.

Modifications:

This model is made using the SVG file, in which a vertical cut of the tip is painted. Using openSCAD, the image is rotated to render a tip, a method like using the pottery wheel. Feel free to change it for your needs, by modifing and saving SVG file, and then rendering using openSCAD to a new stl file.
