Qidi Plus 4 Refillable Charcoal Filter

A simple design that allows you to use loose charcoal pellets to refill the exhaust filter on the Qidi Plus 4. This goes together well with the larger 8038 exhaust fan mod 

Support for 4 mm charcoal pellets + scorch, the Nevermore pellets are my choice. Others are fine, just make sure they are acid free. 

You will need the following hardware:

• 1 M3 FHCS X 6 mm (8mm also works)
• 1 Heat set insert M3X5X4MM (Optional) 
  • Important: Choose “No Heat Set Insert” version if you do not wish to use this

This print is a little bit challenging, but not bad if you follow some guidelines

Print using the following:

• Print with dry ABS/ASA (or other higher temp materials)
• Print slower and hotter for better layer adhesion (75% - 50% speed)
• Part cooling 100% over bridges.
• Print slow over bridges
• Brim shouldn't be needed, but if you get warping then brim
• Follow the orientation in the screenshots
