Irrigation hose saddles (13, 19, 25 mm)

Hose saddles for irrigation tubing. 

3 model sizes: 13, 19, 25 mm (hose tube internal diameter (ID)). ID of saddles are larger than this to fit snuggly over the OD of the hose (see below table). Designed with a 3 mm hole on top to put a nail or screw through for mounting. See below 13,19,25 mm screen shots from the Fusion software design.

• Dimensions

• Print settings:
  • Print lying flat on their sides so that wall layers are in their strongest orientation 
  • Print with nail hole tear drop peak facing UP. It should be already facing this way when you drop it into your slicer. Change it if not.
  • No supports needed (designed in Fusion with 3D printing in mind)
  • 3 wall layers (or more) for strength
  • 20% (or higher) concentric infill. (Would probably work fine with no infill)

• Print Material: 
  • Print with PETG, ASA or ABS for outdoor UV & temp resistance
  • Print in PLA for a indoor, undercover and shady outdoor areas. PLA does not last out in the elements for long and will break down over time with exposure.

• Print time / material use 
  • Printed on a SOVOL SV08, with PLA using the default ‘SOVOL SV08 PLA' profile
