TPU AirTag Holder — Key Ring or Sew-In

A flexible TPU holder for Apple AirTag with a built-in ring for key rings — or sew it inside a bag, backpack, or jacket lining for discreet tracking.

Why TPU

Printed in flexible TPU, the holder stretches slightly to snap over the AirTag and hold it securely without snap-in clips that can break over time. The soft material is quiet in a pocket, doesn't scratch keys or phone screens, and absorbs impact if dropped.

Multiple designs included

Several pattern variants are provided so you can visually distinguish each AirTag at a glance — useful if you have more than one (keys, car, bag, luggage, kid's backpack). Examples include plain-ring versions, Love Heart, Mucho Love, Elipses, Rays, Diamonds, and Circles patterns on the back face.

Two ring sizes

• 3mm hole — fits smaller split rings

• 4mm hole — fits standard key rings

Sew-in use

The outer ring can also be used as a sewing anchor. Stitch the holder to the inside lining of a bag, backpack, or jacket and the AirTag sits flat against the fabric, invisible from the outside.

Print Settings

• Material: Polymaker PolyFlex TPU95A (or equivalent flexible TPU)

• Nozzle: 0.4mm

• Layer height: 0.2mm

• Infill: none required — the part is thin-walled by design

• Supports: not required

• Tips:

  • Dry the TPU filament before printing — TPU absorbs moisture quickly and wet filament prints poorly

  • Use a clean or textured build plate for good adhesion

  • Slower print speeds (20–30 mm/s) give cleaner results with flexible filament
